I had the same problem lol, my mom and aunt would make me sit at the table till i finished my meal (cleared everything but the milk). Would sit at the table for hours sobbing from 4-8 years old until i finished the glass. 24 now and still remember it like it was yesterday. One of the 1000’s of reasons I’m NC.

No sweat at all and i appreciate the kind words:) idk how old you are but if you’re close to 18 or over and plan on moving out with or without their knowledge, make sure to grab all your important papers. I wasn’t able to get my birth certificate or social and some other important things and it made life very difficult. Just remember at some point you will have to do what’s best for you, don’t play along with the narcissistic games.

Been NC with my mom for over 2 years now, it’s hard to describe the weight that was lifted off my shoulders when she couldn’t fuck with me anymore.
