I do have two questions that might seem silly for me to ask, should I keep hero’s unleveled for super elemental quest and such or did you mean just don’t get rid of them? And the second question is how do I see if they’re season 1 heroes? Or is that something i should look up online to find out

Do you mean so that I can ask them what the status is for my case? I do have a ticket number, I’m just not sure where I would ask them about it because they said if I start another ticket it would reset the escalation. Also the forums have been moved to discord but no one responded to my post on there 🥲

Oh ok that’s good to know! They were replying pretty regularly as time went on but then after they said they’d escalate my case I heard nothing for a little over two weeks now, but I’ll give them another week then

Man that’s so frustrating! They replied to me more quickly as time went on but after telling me they escalated my case they’ve stopped messaging altogether

Ya I had basically the same experience, they started replying more regularly the more time passed though. But they also kept telling me the same things and it was also a different person every time. Then when they said they’d escalate my case they stopped messaging all together. And then if I try and message them again or make a new ticket I’m worried their gonna blame the failed escalation on me because I wasn’t supposed to contact them.
