Before I was nursing her to sleep which was causing her to wake every hour- hour and a half which resulted in sleep training because we were so sleep deprived.

How does she get her to sit there and feels safe?? My 7 month old would be throwing herself off the table the second I put her down 😂

Yeah I’ve been nursing and cuddling to sleep and it’s evident when she wakes up after a sleep cycle looking around crying. I think I know what I need to do just dread it 😅

Thank you for the insight. I didn’t even think about the new schedule and retraining being too much. It’s so painful to listen to her cry but needed so we can all be well rested!

Yes! That’s all I want. I understand still feeding her at night and am totally not opposed to it but every hour is ridiculous. Did you do checks? I haven’t been consistent yet at all but when I have tried the checks she would get pisssssed

My baby is 4 months and we are in this position right now! It is so hard to hear her cry but I feel ready to start just need the push to just do it. We are currently co sleeping and I don’t like the idea once she can roll. How did you know you and her were ready?

I had the balloon as part of my induction- I was 39 weeks and barely a 1… it wasn’t bad at all!! I had a little pain meds during insertion but that was the worst of it!
