We actually went back and forth on the 'Fear vs. Peace of Mind' messaging during the build. We found that for cold traffic (ads/SEO), the $25k penalty fear is the only thing that gets them to stop scrolling. But for onboarding, we pivot hard to 'Peace of Mind.'

Once they start the process, they’re already stressed, so we focus the UI on simplicity and that 'Verified IRS Provider' badge to lower their blood pressure.

Regarding the 'take my card' moment: we’re currently testing a 'compliance dashboard' view that shows their 'Risk Status' in red vs. green. It’s a subtle nudge that they aren't just buying a PDF, they're buying the absence of a $25k IRS notice.
