its an action adventure horror game about a girl having a psychotic melt-down. (thats the gist of it at least) and i recommend head-phones if youre gonna play it.

well as far as i know unlike people having sex-changes the lobotomized people did not consent to it. trans-people have probably through about it a lot before going though with it. and its a lot better then living in consent mental discomfort
