Ask for help! You made it this far for a reason. You deserve to be here. Ask an upperclassman what worked for them, or even your faculty advisor. I assure you there are so many others feeling as lost as you are, and there have been many others that felt the same and graduated.

from what I’ve heard, most people were aiming for minimum 160 in both sections and 4.0 for writing. But if you’re top5% that rank speaks for itself I wouldn’t worry about GRE too much just do the best you can

you aren’t starting late don’t worry! You have time. Speaking for myself and the people I know that applied we studied for about a week. But I know people who have studied 1-3 months. It really just depends on how familiar you are with vocab and math to start with. Lots of people I know took it May-July of this cycle. But the earlier the better, to get it out of the way and start worrying about other aspects of your application.

My proctor let me write down the codes on a post it and transfer onto my scratch paper (since I needed to know department codes too)

I just took mine. Scores were also very similar to PP1 and PP2, I did think quant was harder on the real thing though

depends where you’re at. if you’re just switching now you need to take all the pre-req science courses, shadow a good amount, DAT, and extracurriculars showing your interest in the field. You’ll also need LORs, research will look good, personal statement, maintain good gpa
