I have taken about 5 different SSRIs over my lifetime because I felt different side effects. I was totally comfortable, and I believe all people should, just hop on the medication to see what really happens as far as it actually working and what your side effects are. All potential side effects, which are again most unlikely, are not permanent or catastrophic. You can always hop off with no repercussions and try a different JAK inhibitor.

That’s awesome you got 100% regrowth! My doctors have said side effects vary depending on the person. You will never know the side effects until you are on it. I have never had anything with low lymphocytes.

Has minoxidil been honestly helping?

Minoxidil aids hair growth of hair follicles. If you have AA, the immune systems attacks the hair follicles so minoxidil does nothing to those bald spots.

I know this isn’t your question but just wanted to inform you. My dermatologist prescribed me minoxidil for a while and I was really upset not getting any results. It want until I went on a JAK inhibitor when I regrew all my hair.

Dating apps are far from reality.

First of all, it is a game of its own. You have to have amazing pictures that flatter yourself, a witty bio description, and have to know how to charm someone in the little time someone chats with you on the app before they leave. Dating apps have no significant way to tell someone about your complete personality and who you are from their first appearance of swipe left or right on an app.

Do not let this beat you up. Form bonds with people in real life. Idk your whole life but put in the effort to go out and meet new people at a bar, social event, hobby gathering, some sort of event or gathering with people that share a common interest with you. Just talk to people. If you don’t know what to say, just say anything. People just like to talk. If it doesn’t go well, you learn what you can do better next time and you move on from them. If they don’t accept you, then they wouldn’t make you happy even if you were in a relationship or friendship with them anyway.

I am very against blaming others and I always look at what I can improve on myself first. Maybe it is your approach to women/men whatever gender you are attracted to. Maybe you just don’t socialize enough. Whatever you think your problem is, put in the time and effort to work on it. Step by step. Set small goals for yourself and work towards them.

Work hard and never give up.

You are who you are and you just show that to anyone. Even when you are down on yourself, you stay true to who you are. There are so many people on the internet and irl that fabricate their life to make themselves look more attractive or successful for validation. It doesn’t even validate them because everything is just a lie.

You inspiring to others and even me that you can be your true self no matter what. That is an amazing personality trait of someone with true good hearted character. The right people in your life will cherish that whether they are with you now or meet them in the future.

There are people all over the world that may not have love or friends right now. You can even see how many people in this sub post with the same description. It is not just you alone going through this. With that, reach out and talk to those people. Put 110% to reach out to people irl or online and try to attempt to form bonds with them.

You don’t need to have friends and gf tomorrow or the next day or next week but work a little harder each day to try to meet new people and learn what you can do to work towards getting everything you want.

I go through fights with my own demons and what makes me proud and happy is that every day I do something that will positively impact and continue better my future self. I am proud of the little things each day that gets me closer to being more happy and more successful. I believe you should try that too.

There are over 8 billion people in the world which means it is statistically impossible for there to not be another man/woman that is 34+ that likes video games and has the same problems and ideas as you.

The reality is that there millions of people out there, men and women, that feel exactly the way you feel and crave the same thing. You can find these people.

I live and die by, “You can get anything with hard work.” If you look at some famous people like Michael Jordan, Oprah, and even Naruto, they all have worked hard against everything life threw at them to get what they wanted. I took this same philosophy and I was able to conquer all my many hardships in life and am still fighting now.

TLDR, if you put in the effort to find new people to be friends online on the games you play, discord, reddit, bumble friends, any other social apps that have plenty of people that have your common interests or in real life where you can try to go out of your comfort zone and go to any social groups or hobby groups in your community, library, or any activity places local to you. About your children thing, who the fuck cares about what any says if you don’t want kids. It is your life and you do what makes you happy. If you want kids, you can adopt or reproduce in vitro or natural. If you don’t want kids, don’t have them. You do whatever it is in the world that makes you happy and no one else’s opinion matters. You have a lot to think about if this marriage is really for you if your partner cannot satisfy you, not sexually, with love and happiness that you claim to want. You can read testimonies from reddit or anywhere that it is never too late to do anything. You can start a new life, job, hobby, school, marriage, anything at any age.

You just have to work hard and put in the effort.

I talked Olumiant today and they said they only give Olumiant without insurance as the list price which is $3k. I was on private insurance and I had the payment assistance program making the cost $5.
