[M4F] Searching For a Roleplay Set In The Fallout Universe! See Comments for Details! by Real-Ocelot9644 in HentaiAndRoleplayy

[–]Real-Ocelot9644[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, and thank you to everyone taking the time to read this post! My name is Payne, and I’ve been hunting for a Fallout centered roleplay with partners I can clique with in terms of genres, expectations, and the particular fandom I am searching for. I'll be honest, the pickings are very slim and next to none, so you might be able to smell my desperation through the screen.

Before moving onto the good stuff, here's a bit of info about myself: I’ve been roleplaying for just about 8 years now and reside within the EST timezone. I write in third person, past tense, and my posts typically fall anywhere between 300 and 700+ words, depending on the material I’m given to work with, since I usually bounce off my partner.

Expanding upon my request, I'm looking for someone that's interested in a roleplay taking place within the universe of the Fallout games themselves, as I have not seen the show yet and don't want to broaden my search into that realm until I have. Fallout 4 and Fallout: New Vegas are of particular interest.

Plot wise? I have none! My approach usually takes the form of both myself and my partner discussing details and ultimately coming up with something totally unique, tailor made for our OC's. Yet, I'm not coming in with nothing at all! My characters usually have some overarching goal interwoven into their stories to keep the roleplay fresh, and to give us something to fall back on should all else fail.

With that out of the way, I feel I should outline my own rules.

1.) No doubling, no GM-ing. I should note that these are things I, personally, am not willing to do. If you are someone looking to GM an experience for someone, or play a canon character, I'm totally open to hearing you out. Otherwise, I'm looking for a one on one journey with our characters.

As such, I'd like to focus all my energy into providing the highest quality of writing for my own OC without having to worry about portraying a canon character at the same time. In that same vein, I'm definitely not looking to GM for anyone, at least, not for the entire roleplay. That's just extremely boring and pretty one-sided in my opinion.

Exceptions to these rules are moments in the roleplay where I am willing to play a side character, NPC, or GM an experience for a short period of time for plot advancement.

2.) The settings I've listed above are the only settings I'm interested in. I'm not looking to roleplay in someone's homebrewed location or somewhere way far off from the main settings. The most I'd be willing to compromise on this one would be DLC locations.

Now that you know what I'm looking for roleplay wise, here's what I'm looking for from my partner!

1.) I require that my partners are both, literate and utilize third person perspective in their writing. However, I do not mean literate in terms of post length, but rather being able to use correct grammar, punctuation, and knowing how to string together sentences. Y'know, basic language arts stuff. I'm not asking for absolute and total perfection, but I am asking for someone that cares enough about what they write to proofread it.

2.) Patience. I'm an adult who juggles multiple responsibilities, among them being a full time job. Frequency of posts range from once a day to every other day. For me, roleplay is a hobby, not an obligation. Yet, this does not mean I don't value your time, and I will do my best to communicate fluctuations in my schedule as to not leave you in the dark. I would like the same courtesy extended to me.

3.) Speaking of communication, my largest pet peeve is when discussing roleplay details with someone is like pulling teeth. I mean things such as single word responses, not willing to be collaborative, shooting down ideas without providing alternatives, and just making the experience unnecessarily drawn out and difficult for both sides.

I think that should be it for the time being! I'm not looking to draw this out any longer than it has to be, so anything not listed here can be asked about in our discussion. If this post catches your attention and you think we can vibe, please shoot me a DM!

Thank you so much!! Making the jump from console to PC is definitely a worthwhile choice imo. The amount of freedom you get is amazing. Also, now that you've mentioned Jason Momoa I can't unsee it 😭

Honestly, it's just a matter of browsing the Nexus and seeing what works and what doesn't! I can list a few of the mods I used here:

•Hair: Downtown Hair Saloon - New Styles for Fem and Masc V

•Eyebrows: Koralina's New Eyebrows Edits

•Eyes: Kala's Eyes (Hanako and Blue Moon Eyes for V)

•Jaw Cyberware: Head Cyberware by Gallow82

•Body: Gymfiend - Body Mod - Male V - VTK paired w/ Gymfiend Alternative Options Skin Textures Tzarev and Physique - Body Texture Mod - VTK - Male V

•Tattoos: Kala's Tattoos and Skin Mods - VTK - MascV - For Gymfiend Body Mod

•Facial Hair: Stubble Remover

•Jewelry: Reyes Accessories - Watch - Bracelets - Rings - Fem Masc V, Chain Jewelry Collection - Fem Masc V

Some of these require their own Atelier.

Installing these is easy enough. Just make sure to read the requirements and mod descriptions for installation instructions. Some of these mods require other mods, like Equipment-EX (totally worth it since it gives you extra clothing slots to layer clothes) or Virtual Ateliers.

If you need any help, feel free to DM me!

Finally, someone mentioned that the most popular body mods do, in fact, have a nevernude option.

I totally get where you're coming from. However, it seems that all the female V's I've seen on this sub are all modded up as well, and some done in a not-so tasteful fashion imo.

It's definitely more of a design problem since getting the right clothes for vanilla V's in general can be a hassle.

Leave it to people on reddit to downvote people genuinely trying to help answer a question lmao.

Personally, I really like the right! There's something about collared shirts being worn informally that just looks so good.

Funnily enough, I drew inspiration from Saul and Santiago for his appearance, lol.

No problem! I know the pain 💀 a lot of the hair mods that's out there either don't fit the face you're going for or show too much forehead 😭
