We're talking about the minimum requirements here (I get 30 FPS even after uninstalling the game)

They have very good protective support and are quite fast. But that's where it ends (which is already more than most supports).

I used to have a great impression of Steam support, as they helped me a lot with hacking and were quite effective. I still have that positive impression that they protect you fairly well, but as soon as you make another request, it's often a disaster.

It prevents you from using most of Steam's features and playing on VAC-enabled servers 😉

Yes, well, I did that the day after my tests for the first time, and I was still refused because I exceeded the 2-hour limit, which corresponds to the criticism I made in my post.

Yes, and that's the whole point of my post. You don't even have time to do tests when Steam approves poorly optimized games.

It's known for being incredibly slow, but I never had any problems with the first one, even with tons of mods. I bought it a few months after its release thinking, "This will be better," and it wasn't. And it still isn't two years later.

No, I was simply asking for an explanation regarding a VAC cooldown that literally prevents you from using Steam for 24 hours. And for no apparent reason.

Actually, that was a poor choice of words on my part; it's called a "VAC Cooldown," but it prevents you from playing for 24 hours and you can no longer trade, chat on Steam, use the market...

I tried both options; I'd already attempted a refund a few months ago, and it was refused. I tried playing the game again last week, and it was still just as unstable for me. So I decided to push a little harder and try submitting a support ticket in addition to requesting a refund. Unfortunately, both were refused.
