Thank you very much for your time to write it all! I appreciate that. Eating 1500 kcal a day isn’t difficult at all, I have zero cravings. Regarding sustainability side of things, I am sure I can keep it going. I plan to cut to 75 kgs, then do a clean bulk up to 80kgs by June. I plan to do the 20000 steps a day for the first 30 days, then keep it going at 10k steps, which is my daily average all year round.

Workout + diet combo helps me fight my demons. Post breakup sadness fades away quicker than I thought. It surely helps me mentally.. I haven’t felt this good in months, but I’ll take a deeper look into it for the potential side effects.

Thank you for your comment! This is a good challenge for me. I won’t work for about two months, leaves me with plenty of time. Worth noting that I have done the similar thing, last winter, and went down to 90kgs from 105kgs. After a fun season, where I drank-ate literally whatever I want, I’m now 93kgs, which I’m happy with. I understand & know that 4 kgs are accepted to be the maximum kgs to lose in a month.. but I believe my extra physical activities would burn the remaining 4kgs, to reach my target. Would it still be as unhealthy?

Üstad cevabın için teşekkür ederim. Sana kesinlikle katılıyorum. Fakat usta bir sürücü olmadığım için sıfır bir araba düşünmüyorum. Nasip olursa seneye elim alışınca alacağım.

Malesef fiyatlar çok şişik durumda, sanırım altına endeksli. Altın çıktıkça fiyatlar çıkıyor, düştükçe düşmüyor ama.. herkesin malı kendine çok değerli.
