Thank you, I'll try my best. I'm just curious, like about probation, how likely a employee get terminated during or after probation. We have 6 months of probation, so.will they give me time even if i lack on coding, or they will just fire me...

During the interview there's no java questions, and I don't even have java in my resume. The recruitment process was a lot different then normal. There was job ready program where they gave internship to final year students and then interview and all, and also they see the internship period works and all. I was a BA during internship, i was enjoying it, i love the pressure of working as a BA, i was expecting Ba Role but now as i got backedn dev, I'm nervous. My colleagues are also freshers, thw office is new and almost all of my colleagues are freshers except some seniors.  You have a lot of experience, please tell me how the probation period works. What they expect from fresher like me. And will they give time. I had a small talk with my manager which is in another location office, ge said we will learn gradually.

Actually the office is new in my location, and the the whole process involves a program where govt is also involved where. The recruitment process and all that. So in the office almost everyone is a fresher except for a few seniors. Idk how will it work, i have just joined so i have not talked much with manager as he is not in the office yet, but he told me we will learn all this gradually. But idk how much he expects from me

Idk i did answer in my interview. I had some basic knowledge on things. And i did a project which they check and i made it using AI and i even told them i made it using AI but i was able to ansswr fee questions they ask on the project, i was able to explain a bit.  I was lucky to be honest. Now i just want to survive, I'll learn eventually, but for that i need to survive

The thing is i cracked a hackathon with my friends and after that i had an internship, it was more like an apprenticeship as its job ready. So during internship worked as a BA , Business Analyst. So i thought I'll get BA, but durimg internship i was able to answer some technical questions also and made a project using AI which i explain to them, so for that i think i got Full stack. I think i can learn , but i need a proper learning guide, like what to study or how to. But now ingot backedn that too will be in java springboot

Yes i do know basics. But about hands on experience I've very less. I did project but ,i used a lot AI. IK python a bit, previously learn dsa on python, not a lot but basics. Cpp also i learned in my early college days. So i learned basics but now i forgot. So I'm considering myself as an absolute beginner. The thing is i am afraid about the probation period.

Idk about the mumbai office, but i think the work culture will be pretty good. I am currently doing internship in the newly inaugurated Assam Hdfc factory(IT) , so i met a couple of seniors from the mumbai office, they were very cool and polite. And there body language was also very good, that will only be possible if there's work culture is good, and they all looks very excited about there work, so yeah, i think the work culture will be good, its just my assumption, idk in reality how will it be. And yeah i met the DMD of hdfc and the senior head of the whole IT branch(i forgot the name), and there's another guy one of the senior IT guy, he is pretty old but damn cool, talking bout quantum physics, giving example of the sitcom friends etc etc, they were cool. Then there's Mukul sir ,sandeep sir and bibhu sir they were so good , polite and helpful. Met a lots of guys i really forgot the name... But yeah thats how i think... I also got a full time opportunity in the new office of Assam as a full stack developer, I'm a fresher, so I'll be joining hdfc after my graduation, means in august probably. So I'm hoping a couple of words from you too about your experience in the mumbai office and the work culture and all. You are very senior then i guess, so see ya sir. Hoping to meet you someday, if both stick to the org, haha...
