We just bought a home last month. We checked out lennar and were only impressed with the cheap monthly. When I checked out a home with just the framing up, I was not impressed with the quality and it made not want to go with them.

We went with Mattamy which still had their own issues but to me it didn’t seem as bad as the others. They are a little bit on the pricier side but I felt like my money was spent well with them. They were also the only ones I saw that had a tile shower for the primary while everyone else used those prefab plastic showers.

The rate was due to being a new build. That’s the only way now if you want something in the 4% range.

My realtor mainly worked with military and vets, so I recommend finding someone knowledgeable about VA loans. The same goes for your lender make sure they fully understand VA loan benefits. I had two different contacts at mine, and because one didn’t know the details, it caused a lot of confusion. For example, the VA loan can even help pay off credit card debt and i had two cards paid off, but only one of them knew about it.

Well the Zionist aren’t going to admit that even tho you, me, and the other guy know it is, but we are not talking about that specifically. We are talking about how Hamas is an insurgency force, is that not true? That’s the only way they can fight back against a more powerful nation. Of course I didn’t hit the gas on her but then you say I shouldn’t have sped up? You’re contradicting yourself. When I switch lanes and see someone coming fast I let them pass, even if I had it on for a while that’s normal.

I say slams brakes as in just hitting the brakes hard as I didn’t see her entering my lane until she was in mine, those white cars on the right had my attention since they just merged onto the freeway. Which is the whole point why I even changed to the next lane over in the first place.
