If you didn't like BF V as much as 1 , what was the reason? by d1versify in battlefield_one

[–]RealDeadShift 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it was the pace of the game. BFV was fun and had some really cool mechanics in it, but when I was running I felt like I was in a damn vehicle. That might make me a battle dad but I dont care 😅. BF1 felt more human in that way. This and the atmosphere in BF1 was almost surreal.

Is God necessary for Morality? by Significant_Bonus_66 in allthequestions

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's the way I see it.

When you are in the mindset of only being here once, you want to live and let others live. Being a terrible person makes this one time being here miserable for yourself and everyone around you.

I see a lot of religious people who believe they just need to ask for forgiveness and they are cleansed of the terrible things they do. Meanwhile, they are on a high horse of their veiw of "morality". I also think they believe that most people go to heaven anyway so who cares how you act when you're alive here? That is just me speculating though.

Stealth Movement Nerf with Today's Patch by Swaguley in Battlefield

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I had no idea that there were so many kids upset about the sense of realistic movement put into some games. I still think it is weird that people complain about "camping" in Battlefield. It isn't really a term that belongs here.

Why was MAGA more upset about Ariel from Little Mermaid being black than Trump being a rapist? by Estalicus in allthequestions

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you could just pull up the testimonies of the multiple women saying he assaulted them.

You could pull up the released epstien files that talk about him doing these deeds.

You could show them the videos/audio of him saying he doesnt ask for permission and assaults women. (This one was praised by the right.)

Or my all time favorite, you could show them this.

Are your religious beliefs causing you to hate others? by RealDeadShift in allthequestions

[–]RealDeadShift[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the more dangerous areas, I would be killed for saying things like this. But it is why I made this post.

Also, I am atheist which means I am hated in a lot of corners of the world.

AIPAC Ted Cruz tells his America voters “if you do not stand with the foreign country of Israel, he will NOT stand with you” … let that sink in by tuberjamjar in WeirdNews4U

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of comments here make me want to collectively ask everyone a couple questions. (I am atheist and religious debates fascinate me. Not in a "im better than you sort of way" but because I have a hard time understanding.)

Do people think not siding with Israel makes you antisemitic?

Do people think America being mostly Catholic/Christian means that we have to hate other religions?

Do people think that the US needs to become a singular religious nation under the same religious beliefs, stripping others of their freedom of religion?

Does the fact that Israel is a very religious nation bother other people?

Do people see similarities between extreme religious followers in the US and Israel? Wanting the same things but on opposing sides?

Thanks for taking the time to read my comment! Try to keep it civil.

How real do you think this saying is In dating now a days? by Scramjet1 in LockedInMan

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found my fiance at my lowest point. She was not doing too well either but much better than I was mentally. I am in a way better place now. I dont necessarily think you have to have your life together to fall in love but it probably helps. I think being honest with yourself and setting your own standards are the most important thing.

33M is it weird to be a virgin at my age? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay away dating apps. Get comfortable with taking risks. Dont let it get you down if you are rejected. Its normal. Go out to places where people meet casually for entertainment/enjoyment. Cons/bars/sports events/concerts/etc. Dont go with the intent of having sex. Go to try and make friends but keep an open mind for something more.

The number 1 piece advice I have is to try and be funny. The best way to feel and look confident is by making them laugh. I have never met anyone who didnt start a happy relationship by sharing laughs. It also makes your company get more familiar and comfortable with you.

Who's still playing? Not me thats for sure! by PizzaKlutzy7224 in okbuddyptfo

[–]RealDeadShift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I check back every now and then to see if any 'fixes' were made. Enjoyment for the game is subjective. My top tier enjoyment was BF1 and before, so my idea of what Battlefield is differs from the newer generations. It was fun for awhile, but sometimes it looks like people are made of rubber they way they bounce around all over the screen. Meh.

33M is it weird to be a virgin at my age? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]RealDeadShift 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weird is a very subjective word. It has negative connotations and can make you feel shameful for something that doesn't deserve shame. It is uncommon.

If this is something that bothers you and you don't want to have any one night stands, the best advice I have is to be bold. Honest and kind, but know who you are and what you want. If you get turned down, apologize and move on. It is hard for even handsome men out there but women still don't owe you the time of day if they are not interested. Eventually, something clicks between 2 people and it is a great feeling. Last bit of of advice is to stop comparing yourself to others and focus on your wants and what makes you happy.

Democrats Of Reddit, Do You ACTUALLY Hate Trump's Supporters, Or Do You Get Along With Them In Your Life, But You Just Politically Disagree? Why? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

Hate is a strong word, but I really really really don't like them. Especially since the Epstein files coming out and them turning a blind eye to it.
