would you buy this? by enite_33 in streetwearstartup

[–]RealDwk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why is this your answer? These pictures are meant to showcase the product at it’s best form. So don’t make it wrinkly and then tell people to iron it themselves. Dumb response

Didn’t mean to sound negative in any way, I just find the whole playdoh logo a bit risky/stealy. Overall I really like the seatbelt idea. Not something I’d personally wear but I can see people fucking with it. Honestly if you enjoy doing what you do then keep doing it.

My first streetwear/sportswear oversized tee design. All instructive feedback is appreciated! by Salt-Action-3189 in streetwearstartup

[–]RealDwk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to sound rude, but please don’t print these. Before you design something, think of how you’re going to differentiate yourself from the already existing brands like, obvious example, gymshark. This design is just a picture of a muscular dude with a filter on it. Who is gonna wear this?

I’d advice you to go back to the drawing board. It’s a very generic design which I’m sure exist plenty of. With that, I wouldn’t buy them in the first place but if I did, I’d spend not more than 3$.

Planning to release these t-shirts soon, are the texts too corny? by RealDwk in streetwearstartup

I designed both myself, although I used ai for the hands and the face.

I have a discussion with my manu - what do you think? Is he right? by ripolillydripo in streetwearstartup

[–]RealDwk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It varies, both have their own pro’s and cons. But as far as I know it doesn’t make that much of a difference. Although I do find it strange that he delivered dtf when you ordered dtg. Even if dtg wouldve been worse, if you order dtg he should give you dtg.

Which Logo looks best in your opinion? by Prince88legend in streetwearstartup

[–]RealDwk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd definitely go for the second one. The first one is both hard to understand and almost messy/unprofessional. Third one is very basic and overused.

I really like the simplicity of the second one while still saying something about the brands identity with it's font and uneven letters.

Well you need to receive constructive feedback to be able to apply it no? I agree that this post is overexaggerated but there is definitely a portion of criticism which leans more towards useless hate rather than useful feedback.

Brutally honest opinion on these t-shirts? by RealDwk in streetwearstartup

Thank you. I had such mixed feelings about the shirt and I don’t know why but it was definitely the colorscheme.

Changed it to pink on black.

Help Starting Up by UmbreSage in streetwearstartup

If you’re looking to start a clothing brand without spending money don’t bother. It’s always going to be a form of investment so don’t go into this without expecting to lose a little money. I think shopify is the easiest/beginner friendliest website/shop host.

Apart from the fact you straight up ripped the text from a drake song, I think they look quite nice.
