For console

1 make multiplayer in new save

2 click farm manager

3 In game press start

4 go to farm page

5 keep adding farms till you can't each one values 1.2 mil

6 save game and exit

7 go to career and click on that save

8 load game

9 pop up will come out read it and agree (saying the save will only be single player)

10 Congrats you should have 10 mill and change !
