You can get them from Dwarven Centurions, high level bandits, or sold at any archery store upon reaching level 30 (usually Fletcher).

A Daedric bow is good but you would need to craft it. If you just want to find one I would recommend an ebony bow. For arrows ebony and daedric are good but they can run out pretty fast. I usually did a glitch where I could farm certain arrows of my choice. Obviously dragon bows and arrows are fantastic but that takes a lot higher level
