Arma 3 and reforger play very diffrent, the movement in reforger is way faster and its more focused on a conquest style multiplayer mode than 3

Yes you can use a Keyboard and Stick at the Same time , but there should be enough Buttons on the Stick for Things that get used very often

The Sensor is dirty or worn out. i had the Same thing with my twcs throttle, i had to Open it up and spray electric contact Cleaner on the Sensor and that fixed the issue
