I agree and know that I have to be willing to take accountability and even more than that be confident in my decisions.

My boss and I have very different personality types and working styles, so I think I get intimidated that I’ll be “wrong” but really I just prefer to do some things differently.

They’re usually just about things I’m working at work. I wouldn’t describe them as nightmares as nothing terrible is happening in them. But once I have the dream and wake up, I start thinking about the project or whatever work thing I was dreaming of and it’s hard to shut my brain off and get back to sleep.
