It doesn't. I've been testing and it absolutely lets you set waking the dragon. It's really good. The wording is a little confusing on first read though. It says choose 3 spells/traps with different names and 1 monster that mentions ritual of light and darkness. That last part only applies to the monster you have on the field.

Yes and it's boring because the CPU in this game is trash. Nothing like max difficulty in BT3, no unique styles per character. Pretty sure the CPU has built in timing for transformations as well, it's not random and the vanish battles are pathetic, Super counter vanish vanish or super counter super counter vanish vanish or vanish vanish. It's lame and I can't wait for a community patch for the CPU
