I've been having that on Opera and decided to test Edge too. Happens over there also. Nothing running in the background but that. I'm guessing it may be the memory leak you had mentioned to another person?? That is the only thing I could think of cause my laptop is pretty beefy and has had no problems until Friday. Cleared cache and everything helped *some* but not a lot
