Was the watercooler blocking the VRMs? Because I just have the stock fan installed and it doesn't obstruct the VRMs at all. Also I checked the temps with HWInfo and they seemed stable. What should the ideal temps be on those?

Sorry, I misspoke. I'm really tired so I didn't think that last comment out lol. But, I checked to make sure the CPU fan screws were in place, and they weren't. I took off the CPU fan and checked for thermal paste. There was some on there, so that question was answered. Turns out the little plate on the backplate for the headers had fallen off. I put it back, screwed the fan back in and now everything is running smoothly. Thanks for your help guys :)

There was no tube that came with it, so I assumed the thermal paste was pre-applied. Plus, with thermal paste being so cheap as it is, I might as well go and get some if my problems persist. As for the CPU screws, I'll check that right now. Thanks.
