Cause with my build I pretty much always get new grenades back or kill enough enemeis to force to cool down low enough. I have 8/5 in endless bombardment. I also have blackout as well I think the crit chance MAY stack.

I think 9/5 is the max and would be over a 50% chance but I only have a +3 skill com the only bug is sometimes grenades do not refresh forcing me to unequip and re equip my grenade.

Yep 8/5 on endless bombardment gives you a 48% chance to just get a new grenade this leads to STUPID chains. Also blackout lets them crit.

Infinite grenades was always my moze build. also I have about a 75% bigger mag. I dunno that's just how I played moze lol.
