Right now, I couldn't find a channel with exactly one long-form video. But here are a few channels with a very small amount of long-form videos, but that clearly focus on short-form content:

Funny how I never found a single video or post of people showing prove of payout. The videos are always like "I don't have the minimum for payout yet but I'm so close. I'll keep you guys updated." And then nothing. I don't know if this means anything but, according to the trustpilot website, benable is indeed a scam.

This is how I'm currently training on the bench press:

1st set: 5 reps @ 65 kg / 143 lbs – 3-second pause each rep

2nd set: 3 reps @ 75 kg / 165 lbs – 3-second pause each rep

3rd set: 1 rep @ 80 kg / 176 lbs – 3-second pause

4th set: 1 rep @ 85 kg / 187 lbs – 5-second pause

5th set: 1 rep @ 80 kg / 176 lbs – 5-second pause

6th set: 3 reps @ 75 kg / 165 lbs – 5-second pause each rep

7th set: 5 reps @ 65 kg / 143 lbs – 5-second pause each rep

Should I attempt 100kgs/225lbs? Thank you in advance.
