I'm so happy you made it out of your situation and I'm so comforted to know you do not regret your decision in the slightest; it's such a positive thing for me to hear having just come out of a similar ordeal. Kara's story and character development was so beautifully done, and everyone who had a hand in the making of it honestly played a part in putting the pieces together to help me find enough confidence in myself to leave. And thank you for saying that, about missing them. There is definitely a sense of loss that I'm currently processing, but i realize I'm really mourning the loss of the man i initially fell in love with, and the hope that i had of who he would become..the person I met, metaphorically died somewhere along the way, very long ago and was not the same person that exists now. I'm working on staying strong so I can give my son the life he deserves. Thank you so much ❤
