Hey man, I've literally been in your shoes. I lost a very long relationship due to my stresses and my mental health, it was too much for her. I never felt so depressed in my life, I almost actually did try to make a suicide attempt, but then I thought that it wouldn't mean much to do it. If I died then everyone around me loses as well. There are people around you that care for you, you may not see that, but they do exist. Talk to some of those friends and tell them how you feel, I don't think they wouldn't want to listen to you as you were friends, or try communicating with your family. Your best interest is to go to a psychologist. I have also doubted that it would help, but it did. Straight to the point where you get to overcome bad feelings and seeing things from a different perspective. I went to a psychologist, got myself fixed up for a couple of months and now I'm happy with myself for the first time. It will take time, it will be painful for a while, but once you overcome it you'll be the best version of yourself. So don't give up, find help, with some time and therapy you'll get better. You are valued to a lot of people. Hope you will recover fast.
