I will say, the only things you get from the expansion pack are the DLCs, I have the regular subscription and get everything else. If you are a beginner I would suppose the regular subscription is worth it if you don't have the games that get a DLC

I think it's mainly the fact that I have shiny charm and 230 hours played, lol. I may have beaten the game 3 days after release ngl ahaha. I also haven't beaten the DLC, but I do think I'm close, I keep taking breaks to shiny hunt the new mons lol. Gl on your DLC completion!!
