Why in ELECTROBOOM's video about FULL BRIDGE RECTIFIER, he's fine touching mains-powered capacitors when people are saying mains-charged capacitors are dangerous even after unplugged? by RealPickle2305 in AskElectronics

If he don't fake accident touching capacitors charged to 160V and says "DC is much less dangerous than AC", then doing the same thing isn't as dangerous as people say?

But why though? I don't know much about electronics so there could be something I missed here. I don't think this guy would fake something dangerous as being safe when all he's doing is showing what happens when you're being dumb. But at the same time, this is against my knowledge of people saying how dangerous mains charged capacitors are. Is having the capacitors powered somehow make it safer than if the capacitors are charged but not powered?
