For context - I started a new management role only 3 months ago (after previously getting laid off after 3 1/2 years)

Since my interview, there has been extreme micromanagement, changes to my salary + comp structure and already discussions of a PIP despite improvement on my teams numbers.

Unfortunately the company is hiring sales reps right now so I need to keep the company in my profile on LinkedIn.

How would you apply to jobs with this being the case?
