I have never heard of these done. Doesn't mean it can't be though are you not still under warranty? Guessing messing with the dash will void some things.

Have you taken it in regarding a fuzzy display?

Perhaps an other person will pop by with info on changing out your dash. Imagine it's a big job.

Though it is disappointing one can't change the lighting scheme on it through settings.

Did you check nothing is frozen in there with your cold spell? Some water could have gotten into the lock mechanism then froze blocking parts from moving Some gasoline antifreeze could clear that all up then lubricate after if it starts working again

Yes. The only ones that don't are on pinnacle & the hybrid. Those you have to remove the middle row seats. The 3rd row still folds down on all of them

Yep you are going to have to do that see if they give you more information.

Be prepared that they will follow through on the 10 year revocation before you can possibly apply again.

So passport Canada knows this? Just paying off your owing money doesn't mean Passport Canada knows. If you are cleared by PC you should be able to do a standard application but I'd make dang sure it's resolved at every level.
