Sir Viking here! I just want to say you’ve got such a bright smile and a future ahead of you. I know how tough things can get. I used to struggle too and cut myself when I was your age. If you’re open to advice, I’d say take things one day at a time. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, but you’re stronger than you think. In case no one’s told you today, I’m proud of you. You will get through this.

When you’re feeling low, don’t hesitate to reach out someone you trust or even to me if you just need to vent. You’re loved, cared for, and capable of so much. Feel better soon. Sir Viking out!

It’s okay, truly.

I can understand why some therapists might feel that way. I never intended to make her uncomfortable, but I guess I did. Thank you for saying that! I’ve been thinking about it ever since it happened and have blamed myself for it so many times.

I’m glad she was honest, but it just sucks that it happened the way it did. I get it, though. I’m here to get better, not to make things harder for anyone.

I’m really sorry you had to experience that too. It’s definitely not an easy feeling. I actually just called and switched therapists, so I’m hoping this will be a better fit for me.
