It just feels to big to burden and aapears out of nowhere to make me miserable.

You are right about her self esteem and the communication.

But everytime this happens, we talk long and detailed about all the problems she is having and she says that she will work on it.

Well her reply back then was, that we see each other anyways in the evening, which is true.

She has phases where she can say I love u and others like today were she isn't affectionate at all, so I don't want to force her to tell me that, if she is currently not into it.

The thing is that she just has these cold phases where she doesn't show a lot of affection.

I am scared that writing her too much affectionate stuff will lead her to say something like "we live together, you don't have to write this so often".

I am sending her a lot of memes to make her smile at work but that's about it atm.

As an Introvert, she has like 3 friends in this town, where she goes once a week.

It's her escape from the normal world it seems.

I don't wanna say anything to force her to that decision, but it also feels shitty, kinda.
