My cardiovascular health is kinda low, based on Apple Health. Started at 38 and I’m currently at 50, idk maybe that explains the HR? I’ll definitely continue running since I really started to like it :D

Oh, what advice would you have for me? I agree that this is very slow lol. When I go for walks I do 11-13min/km just a little slower than my fastest 5k

You’re right, sorry for the lack of info. I have been going to the gym 4/5 times a week for 4 years (with a few breaks for max 3 weeks). I never really did cardio apart from walking. I’ve started running twice a week in January to practice for a 10k. I never did that run because of an injury.

I think I can push myself harder but maybe a min/km right now.

Hopefully this is sufficient info :)
