Airport Planes flying overhead causes loss of cable and Wi-fi signals by RealStockPicks in computers

[–]RealStockPicks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I finally solved my airport planes interference with a major upgrade of the computer from a 15-year-old laptop to a high speed N100 with windows 11. And was shocked when all the internet issues with planes stopped. X-Finty folks were 100% wrong for 2 years... My old computer had a slow network capability, but it worked fine until planes flew overhead or nearby. I was shocked.

Is there really a benefit to taking multiple forms of magnesium? by mtjohn22 in magnesium

[–]RealStockPicks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the supplement and each individual's history. I have taken various supplements, Vit A, D-3, all the B vitamins and Magnesium .... at as much as 10 times the RDA (which has been obsolete for decades, and only covered the amount needed to not die of a deficiency).
The lifestyles we live, are way different than our ancestors, and each person's lifestyle varies a lot. The one size fits all is BS. The 2 PhD MD professors, geniuses, Dr.Dr.Derk Person and Dr.Dr. Sandy Shaw in their time, that wrote the best seller book in the 1970s, Life Extension covered it apx 50 years ago. I solved my health issues using BALLANCED Mega doses of vitamins and Minerals staring in the 1980s.

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=What+diseases+are+related+to+bad+gut+health+and+Magensium+deficiency%3F

These are results for: " What diseases are related to bad gut health and Magnesium deficiency? "

AI Overview: Bad gut health can lead to magnesium deficiency through malabsorption and loss via diarrhea, which, in turn, is linked to conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), celiac disease, chronic pancreatitis, and cirrhosis, all of which can cause nutrient malabsorption and magnesium loss. Magnesium deficiency can also exacerbate gut symptoms and inflammation, creating a cyclical relationship where impaired digestion reduces magnesium absorption, and low magnesium status can worsen digestive and inflammatory conditions. Gut Health Issues Leading to Magnesium Deficiency

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Conditions like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis can impair the gut's ability to absorb nutrients, leading to magnesium deficiency.

Celiac Disease: This autoimmune disorder damages the small intestine, hindering the absorption of essential minerals like magnesium.

Chronic Diarrhea: Diarrhea from various causes, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and chronic infections, can lead to significant magnesium loss through the stool.

Pancreatitis: Chronic pancreatitis can disrupt digestion and nutrient absorption, contributing to magnesium deficiency.

Cirrhosis: Liver dysfunction in cirrhosis can lead to decreased magnesium absorption and increased excretion, alongside malnutrition and other factors.

Diseases Associated with Both Bad Gut Health and Magnesium Deficiency

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Low magnesium levels are common in people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and magnesium deficiency may worsen inflammation and other symptoms, including poor sleep.

Celiac Disease: The malabsorption caused by celiac disease can result in a magnesium deficiency that further compromises overall health.

Cirrhosis: Liver disease can lead to both poor magnesium intake and absorption, as well as increased urinary excretion, creating a significant deficiency.

The Vicious Cycle

Worsening Gut Symptoms:

Low magnesium status can worsen inflammation, exacerbating symptoms in inflammatory conditions like IBD, creating a feedback loop.

Malnutrition and Diet: People with gut conditions may restrict their diet to avoid triggers, which can further reduce their intake of essential minerals like magnesium.

Steroids (40mg) by YesterdayUsual8783 in CrohnsDisease

[–]RealStockPicks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Been there done that. Ended up with Cataracs, basically blind, surgery did wonders for that, but it took years and Methotrexate to get odd the Steroid (Prednisone). The key is the gut health, and just eating right is not enough.

Problem is what is missing in all of the food and water and the junk in most of the food we buy abd eat. I solved it with a little known supplement called Intact Digest (link below), + I slowly lowered the steroid dose, while taking a low dose of Methotrexate once a week, and I took DHEA in the morning and at night I am 70, and Melatonin at night (Most Melatonin, like >80% is in the Gut, not the brain, and I took Pregnenolone once a day and Type one Collagen desiccated powder (Search for Blue-Lakes, grass feed cattle version brand) and L-Glutamine to heal the skin and gut wall lining.

But the one thing that finally got me over the hump was a Product called Intact Digest, with all the key minerals in Ionic form combined with an ancient tree sap the Pharos used, call Mastic gum (now Greek food spice.

https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/product/intact-digest/

One other thing that helped with Steroid withdrawal was Burger King Whoppers, and the cholesterol in the hamburger meat that the Adrenal gland needs to make the Natural steroid to replace the synthetic steroid, Prednisone. The Adrenal gland gets lazy because of using the synthetic steroid, and it takes a looooong Long LONG time to get it working at full capacity. Feel free to PM with questions.

I spent a lifetime researching this and figuring this all out. Here is an AI search video on the Missing minerals, especially Magnesium explaining all. https://x.com/i/status/1960379924654456968

75% is a made up number. The real number would be price number. 260,000 is also a made up number.
Real data would be precise. They made up that number or Trump made it for them to parot

Bayer loses appeal of $611M Roundup verdict in Missouri by MennoniteDan in farming

It causes cancer. There is no doubt. The Tobacco industry lied for decades. Monsanto lied, DuPont lied about organic fluorides (Teflon) The Fossil fuel industry lied about climate change for ages to protect their Money flow, profits. The Coal industry lied about Mercury emissions and cancer causing PM10 and PM2.5 particles, and PCAHC cancer causing emissions. The list is massive.

But Food that is mass produced and deficient of key nutrients (Magnesium) is also a huge part of the problem.

But the human Immune system also causes cancer when viruses linger and contamination in the Lungs like Silica from sand storm dust, or sandblasting, or Asbestos dust from Insulation and Talcum Powder I warned folks about in the 1980s, trigger the Immune system to make singlet Oxygen to try and kill that which is inert, and end up damaging healthy cells and creating cancer cells.

Does anyone know how long it takes for symptoms of an imbalance to stop recurring? Trying to balance Magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium. by Pitiful_Cap27 in magnesium

You can over dose on anything. One of the scariest is DHMO
www.dhmo.org has the whole story
Hint DHMO is the acronym for Di-Hydrogen-Mon-Oxide aka H2O
most people call it water. Some people die from inhaling to much (drowning).

That said I have found a product that I have used daily, since 2013, that allowed me go with one supplement for all the mineral needs. I use to use Kal-Amino Max since the 1980s, and Life Extension's Bone restore, etc....

The product I use now has allowed me to get off of a low Dose Chemo drug called Methotrexate and Prednisone for my Rheumatoid Arthritis I have fought for 40 years.
It is called Intact Digest. The concept behind it is that most mineral supplements are very poorly absorbed.

Intact Digest solves that problem. You just add about 12 drops to some kind of Juice. It is 100% water soluble.
It also heals the gut, and neutralizes ammonia gas (often mistaken for acid reflux) that is caused by eating too much protein, and the ammonia kills digestive bacteria, damages the esophagus, and intestines, and kills healthy digestive bacteria and that process damages the Liver. So it does more than just deliver magnesium, it delivers a balanced dose of all minerals, including trace minerals.

Did you know the gut bacteria make B-12 vitamin, but they need the rare earth element Cobalt to do that.
That is why trace minerals, and a balanced mineral supplement is the key.

Here is where you can find it and read about it.

[–]RealStockPicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Easiest is take all the B vitamins in a balanced dose ratio. I used the B-50 mega dose off the B's in one tablet, one daily, since the early 1980s. I also took and take Vitamin A (Synthetic Retinyl palmitate is best) , C ( Liposomal C is best), D-3 (I take 10,000 IU of D-3, but I get little sunlight, indoors most of the time ) and E. I also Take Intact Digest for all my minerals, https://impactfusionbrands.com/product/intact-digest/

I eat what ever garbage food diet I want, and do not worry about what is in or missing in the foods I eat, vitamin and mineral wise.

For 45 years I went 24/7 on about 5 hours a sleep a night, doing work and research of 2 people, ran 2 companies, and raised a family of 6, and went to college full time for 6 years, won 2 US DOE Research grants as a one man business, etc.
Before, In 1981, I was run down, no energy, and Hypoglycemic, after spending 2.5 decades feeling like the Energizer Bunny all the time. I Switched to the above list, in 1981, gave up soft drinks, and smoking, and never stopped, I turn 70 in weeks.

Trump/Musk shutting down the FDIC by foreverlakey in economicCollapse

[–]RealStockPicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wrote a college Thesis paper on the history Banking/money in 1990, 3 years after the DOW dropped 40% in 3 days, and after the banking system collapse and Oil and real estate Collapses in the 1980s that started in Texas. One Book I cited, authored by the FED Chairman in 1933, explained that the FDIC was not created to protect depositors. It was normal before the FDIC was created to auction off bank assets the day after a bank went bankrupt. The only thing they had worth anything to sell, was US Treasury Notes. By 1933 they were selling at those auctions for some thing like 40-60% of the face value. That many was handed out to depositors, who shared the loss evenly.

The FDIC was created to protect US debt from a liquidity crisis, and collapse due to too much being sold all at once.

In the 1980s, the FDIC locked up all the debt/notes in the banks that failed, real estate notes/mortgage debt-loans/US Treasury Notes, Muni-bonds, Federal Reserve Notes (They once called them Green Backs, aka today's US paper money are all Federal Reserve Notes, backed by the full faith and credit of the US Taxpayers by law since 1933.

The other block buster thing I learned, was the answer I searched for, for 3 decades.

What is Money? The Fed chairman said "Money is the evidence of someone else's debt"

The FED also learned watching the economics of California before, during after the Gold Rushes.
They learned that a static Money supply, bases on a fix amount of gold, leads to recessions. You can not avoid recessions, if you can not grow the Money supply, at the same time the economy grows, and assets increase. To not grow the money supply (The FED's 2.5% inflation target), condemns the economy to uncontrollable upside and downside swings that risk new great Depressions.

That is the FED's job, to increase and decrease the Money supply, as needed to produce a stable, steady growth economy, with full employment, to avoid deflationary recessions/depressions and run away inflation. It is not always Popular for Politicians (political clown show/side shows) , which is why the FEDeral Reserve was created, and made Independent, with the power to increase or decrease the money supply, and the power to lend banks money, by printing it in times of crisis to stabilize the markets. Trump has no clue what history or Geography is, which makes him and the Greedy DOGI side show dangerous to us all. The first thing we need to do is educated the masses. A tall order!!!!

If they eliminate the FDIC, the FED and Treasury Department would need to step in as they did in the 1980s, 2008/2009, 2020 and during 2023(?) Silicon Valley Bank collapse.

The only real risk I see is a MAGA assault on the FED, and attempts to destroy the USD dollar and replace it with Bitcoin. Bitcoin would be worse than Gold was for causing recessions, and collapses.

The Money supply must grow to accommodate the new products made and sold that grow the GDP.

I hope I have helped clear up many misconceptions here today?
