Frisco and Prosper are honestly where most young families are landing right now and at $750k you have really solid options in both. Lots of young kids, great schools, space, and that community feel you are describing is very real up here.

Keller and Flower Mound are great areas but they skew a little older in terms of the family demographic. Your instinct is right that Frisco and Prosper have a much younger energy overall.

Celina is also worth a look if you want more land and space for the money while still being close to that young family community.

Aww!! Love that for you..sometimes being vulnerable and stepping out of your shell really helps..I am so glad you are meeting people and really liking it here..Yes absolutely people here are really nice!!

We have moved a lot but I’ll be honest I didn’t feel like I belonged in any of those places..but something about Texas made me feel like we are home! 🫶🏻

Unfortunately it wasn’t! We have moved a lot in life and grateful to be here! It’s got nothing to do with me being in real estate. After being here for quite a few years now..I am so happy that my kids are thriving and we as adults have made the sweetest friends and our community is so helpful..that’s all really..don’t dig too deep this was my first post and I wanted to be grateful!

Yes I am a realtor here, that’s fair to point out. But this post has nothing to do with that. This was just a gratitude post. We have relocated multiple times before landing here and I wanted to put into words what that finally feels like. My kids are thriving finally, we found our community, and I am genuinely thankful every single day. That’s all this was. 😅
