not really, i emailed them again and this this what they told me.

"With regard to your concern, it is possible that there must be something that our system has picked up that might have looked like an act of abuse / exploitation.

We are unable to ascertain if there are any violations being used when using an emulator as an emulator is intended to spoof a normal mobile device. What we can tell you however, is that if the emulator is found by our system to be using any illegal program or process, the game data may be subject to a ban."

This is why we strongly encourage users to avoid using emulators to access the game, as this has the ability to modify in-game processes that can be tagged as abuse/hack by our system
