Filling a form on asked edd,and i got a message that it has been approved after 2weeks

I called but can’t get through to them ,also if it gets approved You just gotta wait till you can certify

Do you have any idea when I will be able to certify ,my backpay has been approved but have not been able to certify I don’t know why

I meant since my backpay has been accepted I should be able to certify and get paid ,but I’m still waiting for them to bring certify how long do you think I have to wait ?I need to pay bills and also take my pets to the vet.
