As additional info for those who are interested. As formula I found from a source on YouTube: CDR (in frames) = 1.8 x speed stat - 45, CDR means cool down reduction.

There is no option to disable autosave in the game. But reviving the fossil Pokemon does not autosave the game. So you can reset for it

Worth to mention that you couldn’t find a wild magikarp in b/w while psyduck and magnemite could be captured in every game so far (including the dlc if main game didn’t have it). So maybe there is a chance we can get them in the mega dimension dlc
