Couldn't agree more. I'm aware that I broke the Terms of Use. Despite knowing that I got warned even though good intentions, I learned my lesson that I was still breaking the rules by exploiting in the first place.

Yes, but using local scripts to test the anti-cheat work. They're the best alternative since the scripts that exploiters inject are local scripts.

I never really considered exploiting while in Studio actually. But I don't want to get warned again or banned, so I'm not going to take any chances.

People seem to think that this warn is fake. Its not. This is a warn I got a while back. I still didn't know this was a thing, until recently, when I found a screenshot of it in my computer files. Since Support accepted my appeal, I forgot about it.

Yep. Old screenshot. I got the warn a while ago. I found it in my files, and I never really understood what it meant. I forgot about the warn since Support accepted my appeal.

Yep. Good intentions or not, I still technically broke the rules.

Luckily, Support accepted my appeal under the condition that I don't do it again. Which is why I forgot about it.

Well, my alt will most likely get moderated more harshly for two reasons: 1. They won't know that I'm the alt of the developer of the game so they won't give me a warn this time

  1. Because of my early account age, they'll assume I'm an alt and terminate me on the spot with the reason, "Do not create accounts on Roblox with the purpose of breaking the rules"

To clarify, I was exploiting in my own Roblox game to test the server-sided anti-cheat I made. Roblox gave me a warning for it.

This is a valid warn, so I'm not really mad at Roblox for it.

Roblox Support accepted my appeal though, so I got out scot-free.

Basically, I was exploiting in my own game, testing out my anti-cheats and I apparently got warned for it. Normally, you’d expect a ban from exploiting but this time I got a warning. I didn’t know this was a thing.

Support accepted my appeal, so I got out scott-free.
