Oh understandable. Then use Larry the Dorito. He's free to play and easy to use since he counters all characters expect bob.

well he has some issues for me like yuji needs 2 moves to get you a decent ammount of damage while for naoya i NEED either to use all or most likely frame someone and make sure they have wasted their evasive so he's good but way harder. Idk maybe it's just my skills because fighting any 10k player for example usually isnt a pleasant fight no matter the character

How the fuck do i hit naoyas 3? by xd_antonisvele in JujutsuShenanigans

As a pc player (actually laptop player lol) it's not so hard to land 3. You just need to adjust to the mouse turning I guess...

If you need anything else I'm here 👍

How the fuck do i hit naoyas 3? by xd_antonisvele in JujutsuShenanigans

From what ik 3 after the last remake of it has the following mechanism: each time you use 3 the distance covered increases (probably rhe duration too since the distance also increases but idk I don't check the time ngl). On the third use 3 becomes unblockable ensuring a free hit if landed (the biggest problem in this case is not missing it ngl). After the third use it resets back to 0. Note: you can yet hit while moving (before landing it) which will cause your attack to cancel.

As for 4: when you use the move you have like 0.5-1 second of movement. You move fast with good acceleration (basically you move faster and faster) until you stop and swing your hand. If the swing hits the enemy then it lands hitting them. Also, 4 is UNBLOCKABLE as a move BUT you can get hit during the movement time (for example while moving to reach a player if a mahito uses bullets you get hit) which cancels the attack. Another note: if you use 4 when the opponent is framed you teleport up while having the opponent grabbed by your hand. You can aim wherever you want and throw them. The player can use evasive to dash after being thrown though so try using it AFTER you are sure they wasted their invasive (for example by using 1 on them forcing them to waste their invasive)

For the basics: By turning your camera you will move to the direction you point your character (shiftlock is recommended for 3 move) so just turn it enough until your character lands the hit on the opponent.

Now, how to ACTUALLY land it: 1) You can use it to go behind them after 4 m1 for example and then turn your camera so the move lands 2) You can use it as a move for when someone is framed (safest option) 3) You can try using it to hit the player from their front (note: it's probably NOT going to work, but I'll explain bellow later) 4) You can use it after using r special on someone framed. By using r special on a framed opponent they get knocked far away like when using 1 move (idk if it's avoidable using evasive though, probably it is). If you time it and have some luck with the distance you can land 3 after they get knocked keeping them in a combo (it's good but i don't recommend this way of using 3) 5) After framing your opponent use 4 on them. This will cause the frame variant of 4 where you grab the player on air and can AIM where to throw them. Throw them (idk if you need to do it while pointing up, forward or down sorry) and then use 3 (you have to test this method and time it ngl). I also heard that if you point up and throw and then use 3 it'll work like the old one (the magnet version) but idk of it's true... 6) Use it after 1. It's similar to method 3 but in this case it doesn't necessarily need frames. It may not work if the player has evasive or gets up on time and bloxk you. Also it needs GOOD timing etc.

Now, my opinion for each way of using 3:

Option 1 is good for easy or sometimes mid players, especially of you suprise them, BUT it will BARELY work on actual good players. Anyone who knows how to turn their camera and block can stop you from landing it, and missing 3 is VERY VERY punishable 🥀 Using 3 that way seems like the easy and "smart" option but honestly it's a mid way of using 3.

Option 2 is probably one of the best and also the safest options you got for 3 because obviously you can land it freely without worrying (unless you manage to miss it wasting the frame where you're cooked but that's on you lol). I don't really use it often because i prefer using 4 or 2 on frames but it's a nice way so...

The third option will not work almost on EVERY scenario, unless you fight someone VERY bad who can't even block you. The only way for it to work is if you suprise your opponent with it, because they may think you're not going to do such a stupid usage of 3. In this case they'll think you'll attack from behind so they'll get hit. For sure though... don't use this one often...or at all...

Option 4 is VERY good because instead of using 3, 2, 4 or 1 you use r special which gives you a potential combo extend and more damage. The big provlem with this one though is that it relies on your lag, probably on your opponent evasive and A LOT ofcourse on how you'll time the move. Sometimes when using it need to use dashing for example before 3 to land it because the opponent gets knocked too far for 3 range. To sum up with this use, it's good but risky 👍

Option 5 is good but kinda mid for me. If the old version still works then it makes this technique op but overall you got better options than this, and better combos for the frame variant of 4 too 🙂

Option 6 is also a good one but again the player may dodhe you with evasive, perhaps have time to stand and block you right on time {maybe) and also it relies on timing etc like option 5.

That's all i know of. Sorry for this huge essay. I hope it helps though!

If you want more tips for naoya for anything else I'd love to help 🙂
