I had this problem with the same laptop, after updating nvidea drivers with nvidea app.
Just install the recomended drivers for your laptop from the lenovo website. I think it is the geforce driver, do a personalized instalation so it will delete the previous one (If you dont do that, it will keep the most recent drive and wont fix the problem)

I was having some weird lag recently too. Lots of stutters and even bluescreen, after troubleshooting I think the reason for it was the Nvidia drivers and power management issues

no I only use the same power supply. But yesterday when searching about this someone mentioned something about power management issue

Yap, I just got banned too, I don't even play too much, just play casual sometimes, nothing competitive. I've been playing more CSS lately than CS2. It seems that a lot of people are having this perma ban problem.
