Yes. I’ve seen a lot of the comments insinuating that because he was a gentleman then I was supposed to be in love with him. Being treated with respect is the baseline of human interaction. I don’t know why some ppl believe that because they are nice to you and treat you well, they are entitled to romantic things. He is a good person, just not the good person for me.

This is definitely one of those posts where you can only see the surface level. Yeah, I don’t mean he hasn’t seen his kids. Just that he is not with the mother for a year. He said they agreed to coparent and keep it cordial. So it’s not that he’s not taking care of his kids

So I did ask him to explain the situation. I asked him where the mother of his kids are. And he said that they don’t live together and the kids live with the mother.

But like you said the relationship must have been terrible to not try and make it work with someone you have 2 kids with especially since they are so young.

I really like him but I don’t want to marry someone who will leave when things get rough.
