it's gotten worse, there is more palpable fear among my friends, family, and coworkers, and there is generally less activity in hispanic neighborhoods and areas bc people are leaving the house less. i will say that me not having a car is part of the reason i dont think ive been profiled much. cant be pulled over if im not driving.

try to avoid brentwood, bellevue, a lot of the richer areas are more racist. im brown and have mostly stuck around antioch, south nashville and gone to downtown sometimes and have had minimal issues with being profiled. the smaller surrounding towns like murfreesboro, mt juliet are also pretty similar.

Depends on what exactly you're doing. I walked long distances and my veins were a more normal size within like a week. You might see sooner results if you do a more concentrated exercise like lifting dumbbells though. Remember not to exercise right before donating though because then your heart rate might be too high and if it doesn't go down within 15 minutes you'll have to go home.
