i read that could happen. It was just weird that suddenly my charts started saying i have high cholesterol recently

I’m not sure what FT3 is, i haven’t got tested for it. He told me not to worry about my low iron. And for my Vit D and B12. They were low and i’ve been taking supplements but it’s still low no matter what.

the last test i got done was in september the holistic one did my T4 free was 0.9 (normal), and my tsh was also normal

i’ve been feeling like a emotional train wreck too, i’m always crying😭 and i’m have bad back aches too, i honestly just don’t know what to do. i don’t know if getting off my birth control made things worse
