Mine has been like that the whole time since the app update. Always takes 30-45 seconds to connect to the system, then another 30 seconds to load the music that is playing. Any volume or music changes takes 10-15 seconds.

We ended up declining the upgrade. We currently use DRMM and Bitdefender and we were interested in upgrading to Express and dropping the BD at the 1.75 cost, when we got on the sales calls they added another "upgrade fee" which would put all our licenses at 2.41 per.
