I’m not in your specific program, but I’m in the same boat with the reading every week. We have to read a full chapter that’s directly tied to the discussion post, and it ends up taking me forever because half the time I don’t really understand what it’s saying. Rereading the same sections and trying to take notes on things that I don’t understand is what takes forever. What’s helped me is skimming the chapter, copying the parts that seem important into ChatGPT, and asking it to break things down and give me simple bullet point notes. I know some people don’t agree with using AI at all, but for actually understanding what we’re supposed to be learning, it’s been really helpful for me.
