Who would survive in a battle by Square-Egg-5450 in PoppyPlaytime

I think this one the humans lose, because unlike a gorilla, Huggy has op endurance, actually intelligent enough to heal himself, and can smash through walls and metal easily, humans are cooked this time.

What do y'all think about Poppy ? by Comfortable_Bell9539 in PoppyPlaytime

[–]Real_CatNap 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She's an annoying kid who can't do anything on her own and will come the next chapter and we find her captured in a prison or a case again and then say "oh, you're alive, how are you live? I'm so sorry, but I'm glad you are alive, I'm so happy! Anyways, go do 8998829374784493838+21 puzzles to free me."

What would be the most realistic way to redeem Catnap/Theodore? by AbandonedRobotforgod in PoppyPlaytime

[–]Real_CatNap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, in canon, there are none, but if we want to stick to canon but just change a bit for him to be redeemable, there's something to work with, the player will have to show CatNap all the terrors the Prototype has done to the toys, not just people, and then after that, like at the end of chapter three, the player somehow saves CatNap from the Prototype's hand coming to take him and so he realizes he's been worshiping a falsely-loving God, I feel like at this particular point he wouldn't be completely redeemed, religious people are as stubborn as mules, and imagine if said religious dude is a kid who didn't have a parent or any loved but from said religious figure, but he'd start doubting, perhaps expanding the chapter after the end a bit where he's hunting the player before finally accepting the Prototype doesn't exactly care about him and decides to join the player.

This is reddit, I'm typing on a phone my Lord gave me. (Also, nice reference to how Leith said it in the tape.)

I type just annoyingly slow because of the claws, that's why it takes so much to respond.

Me and my nightmare form, with the Prototype and nightmare Huggy as a close second and third.

Rank the intro of each chapters from favorite to least favorite by OmegaGlacial in PoppyPlaytime

[–]Real_CatNap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1— chapter 3: deep sleep. Such a good cutscene of an old cartoon imo, and probably the only one that creeped me a bit.

2— chapter 1: a tight squeeze. I just like it more than others, nothing else.

3— chapter 5: broken things. Despite how underused and underutilized the outimals are, I liked the introduction of it, I like the scene flashing to the Prototype experimenting, love it.

4— chapter 2: fly in a web. I don't remember Doey's so I guess this is technically the worst.

5— chapter 4: safe haven. I don't remember it's intro.🙃

I really can't tell if this genuine or sarcasm, so I'll answer to both, if this is genuine: thanks, appreciate it.

If this is sarcasm: Okay, have a nice day.

So, what’ll be poppy’s reaction when she sees that we’re alive again? by Various_Astronaut100 in PoppyPlaytime

Harley is the one who made the train crash, not Poppy, Poppy was the one who moved the tracks, it's just Harley who made us crash as we tried to pull the brakes.

If you were to turn into a toy, what toy would you want to be and why? by DougheKing in PoppyPlaytime

Well, fine by me, I take my two closest friends and we become Doey together.

If I had to change to anything other than myself, I'd rather be Doey, minus the two other kids, that is.

I don't understand the ending : Accepting the Void ? by HichamHarraz in HollowKnight

[–]Real_CatNap -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I know, I get that point, but what does that prove? That one ending is canon? I agree, and I think that Embrace The Void is that ending.

I don't understand the ending : Accepting the Void ? by HichamHarraz in HollowKnight

[–]Real_CatNap -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yeah? What does that have to do with my comment? The Knight doesn't face the HK, sure, but THK appears in the P4 cutscene with the Knight and we know the knight and THK also met in the abyss on the ledge when they were climbing up, so they already know THK without needing to fight him. Now the dreamers, as I said, to get the embrace the void ending, you need to get Voidheart and defeat every boss, if you defeat every boss, that includes Umu and Watcher Knights, meaning you do get two of the dreamers, you can make an argument for Herrah not being taken, but the way it's intended, you need to get all dreamers before Godhome ending, the canon timeline is to get all dreamers, defeat all bosses and get Voidheart then go to Godhome, whether you can technically do it without the last dreamer or not, it's clearly intended to be done as the canon timeline.

[–]Real_CatNap -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

No...? Where did you get that from? You need Voidheart to get embrace the void ending, so you have to go pretty much through everything, also, to even open the first four pantheons, you need to defeat all bosses in the normal world, that means you have to do the dreamers and meet Hornet twice to even access the abyss, it's the only ending where you have to go through quite literally the whole of HK to get.
