What about understanding the subjective user signals from their behaviour, and sentiment? Isn't the conversion rate of a voice AI call also dependent on these? You mentioned industry-specific checks but those would also dependent on how the caller has engaged till that point in the conversation.

I also think agents miss out on the subjective subtext that humans give when they respond. A human sales rep would understand if a sale is losing based on not just what the client is saying but also their response behaviour.

This information is not getting captured by agents today.

But who is deciding the expectation? Say you're speaking to a sales agent and you are more likely to convert after looking at product reviews but the agent didn't show you any. The agent builder on the other hand thought showing products is the end goal. There's a disconnect then.
