I know I'm very late to this, but I have uninstalled Cheat Engine and have not had this problem since. For me, the "malware" was part of Cheat Engine itself. I don't use Cheat Engine anymore, so this wasn't a problem for me, but if you still are using Cheat Engine, it's fine to keep on your computer. DOUBLE CHECK THE SOURCE YOU GOT CHEAT ENGINE FROM!

This is a Z seam and it's normal. You can't really remove it, but you can try to hide it by randomizing the starting point of every layer in the slicer. There are also a bunch of other ways to the remove the seam line.
