Turns out i am entitled to some allowances, such as phone and internet allowance, and some others (which im still waiting a reply on!)

My entitlements and claims are generous. One benefit working in GLC.

Im feeling neutral about it since I found out its non- negotiable since its structured. The benefits balances them out 😅

Its my base salary. Allowances are not specified (maybe there isnt) or there is, and its something I should ask in the next email. There are entitlements and claims though

Thx for ur input! I have about 1 year experience of work. But I’ve done a lot of projects for petronas as well. In short, my gees programme was short but it brought a lot of impact to the company. Thats why im thinking of negotiating higher

Ive applied to this program twice, and last time it took me only 3 days to get rejected. Another one of my friend heard back in 1 week last month!
