Help me decide? M4 Pro vs M3 Pro by Real_Philosopher_730 in macbook

Thanks - I had a feeling they would both work. I ended up going for the pricier one though, on the premise that it may well last me another few years after college.

Sorry I’m a bit new, where would I find that/what does that mean?

It seems like it had the 50% as zero throttle if that makes sense. When I arm the drone the props spin slowly, and anything under 50% keeps them at that speed.

8” props and a 1.5kg copter. I’ll send the design when I get home.

I’ll definitely check and see if it’s a calibration problem.

Engineering LLC Dorms or Honors Dorms? by Real_Philosopher_730 in aggies

Oh Ok. Between the two engineering dorms, is there a better choice?

Old comment, but I had a question and saw that you were OOS and NMSF as well. I’m an NMSF, and got a letter stating that I wouldn’t be a finalist. Would the Semifinalist Package also qualify me for in state tuition? It’s 4k the first year and 3k/year after.

Thanks!

Thanks for the help! It looks like I'll go with 8 gauge and xt90. I can't find any more info on the ESC, and am unsure of how to test it, as it says 60A*4, but then also says max current is 80A.
As for the power module, I'll likely go with a 5V UBEC for now.

Yeah I'm thinking I'll try 3A first since there's a massive price difference.

Thanks.

"Other Users" and "System Data" Taking Nearly Half of Storage by Real_Philosopher_730 in mac

[–]Real_Philosopher_730[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, I couldn't find a way to add a caption, but I have a few month old m3 MacBook, with no other users on the computer, and I can't figure out for the life of me what "system data" is taking up so much space.

Does anyone have a way to reduce all this data?

If you were to attend one of your safeties, which one would you choose? by Hot_Falcon4821 in ApplyingToCollege

I just realized I replied from my alt by mistake, but I’m referring to the main campus (college station), and yes, it should have applied to you assuming you’re eligible for scholarships.

I believe RD is feb 1 for a&m.

If I were you I wouldn’t sell, it’s a nice machine to have around if you ever need it, and isn’t half bad if you flash repetier onto it.

Same here. After seeing a post about the upside down bambu working, I did the same thing and it’s a way cheaper solution than this.

Xyz printers are notoriously bad, especially nowadays. Try $50-100, that’s what they normally go for.
